У зв`язку із продовженням строку дії договору № 2 від 02.02.2023 року в межах 20 % для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку нового року збільшено суму договору на 115000 грн. з ПДВ та відповідно збільшено обсяг закупівлі. Пункт 4.2 договору викладено в редакції: Ціна цього договору становить:572261,28 грн. (п`ятсот сімдесят дві тис. двісті шістдесять одна грн. 28 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 95376,28 грн. (дев`яносто п`ять тис. триста сімдесят шість грн. 88 коп.). Пункт 2.3 договору викладено в редакції: Обсяг закупівлі на 2022 рік та січень-лютий 2023 року становить 95376,88 кВт/год.
