У зв'зку із коливанням ціни на електричну нергію на ринку енергоносіїв, Сторони дійшли згоди щодо зміни ціни за одиницю товару у бік збільшення в межах, що не перевищує 10 відсотків за одиницю Товару, пропорційно до здорожчання такого товару на ринку без збільшення загальної вартості Договору, за рахунок зменшення об'ємів закупівлі (кВт*год.),у зв'язку з чим Сторони домовились:
1.п.1.Ціна (тариф) електричної енергії Додатку №2 (Комерційна пропозиція) до Договору в частині зміни ціни за одиницю Товару викласти в наступній (новій) редакції:
"ціна (тариф) електричної енергії із врахуванням тарифу на передачу становить 2,034264 грн/кВт*год урахуванням ПДВ, у тому числі:
-ціна (тариф) електричної енергії враховуючи тариф на передачу без ПДВ - 1,69522 грн.;
-податок на додану вартість у розмірі 20 % до ціни електричної енергії - 0,339044 грн."
2. За результатами перерахунку цін Договору п.2.3.Договору та п.2 Додатку №2 (Комерційна пропозиція) до Договору в частині зміни кількості (обсягу) поставки Товару викласти в наступній редакції:"Обсяг (плановий) електричної енергії з липня 2021 р. становить 283231,86 кВт*год".
