Керуючись п. 4.3.1, п.п. 3 п. 15.4 Договору, з метою уточнення актуального переліку робіт, що необхідні для якісного виконання поточного ремонту КДНЗ №1 «Енергетик», Сторони узгодили внесення змін до Договору № 110 від 20.07.2020 р., а саме, викласти Додатки до Договору: №1 Договірна ціна та № 2 Дефектний акт в редакції, що додається.
2. Керуючись п.п. 4 п. 15.4 Договору, продовжити термін виконання робіт до 31.10.2020 року.
