У зв'язку з настанням нового бюджетного року та неможливістю проведення процедури закупівель раніше, укладаємо додаткову угоду про внесення змін до розділу XI п. 11.1 Договору, виклавши їх у наступній редакції: 1. Розділ XI. Строк дії договору та Інші умови. п.11.1 Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання Сторін, та є невід'ємною частиною Договору №47Л від 19.02.2019р, про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти (ДК 021:2015 -09320000-8 пара, гаряча вода та пов'язана продукція (теплова енергія)) і вважається продовженим до 31.03.2020 року. 2. Всі інші умови цього Договору, не змінені цією Додатковою угодою, залишаються чинним у попередній редакції, і Сторони підтверджують їх обов'язковість щодо себе. 3. Ця Додаткова угода укладена u двох примірниках, українською мовою, по одному для кожної із Сторін і мають однакову юридичну силу.

Note:
1. Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди дію Договору продовжити на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі до «30» березня 2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі. Сума на період проведення процедури закупівлі товару (ДК 021:2015-09320000-8 пара, гаряча вода та пов'язана продукція (теплова енергія)) на 2020 рік становить 67571,37 грн. (шістдесят сім тисяч п'ятсот сімдесят одна грн. 37 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ -11261,90 грн. Загальна сума Договору становить 405428,21 грн. (чотириста п'ять тисяч чотириста двадцять вісім грн. 21 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ- 67571,37 грн. 2. Всі інші умови цього Договору, не змінені цією Додатковою угодою, залишаються чинним у попередній редакції, і Сторони підтверджують їх обов'язковість щодо себе. 3. Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання та скріплення її печатками Сторін та є невід'ємною частиною Договору. 4. Цю Додаткову угоду складено українською мовою на 1 сторінці у двох автентичних примірниках - по одному для кожної із Сторін.
