1 Відповідно до п.2 ч.5 ст 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупів» та умов Договору №60ЕВ497-217-22 «26» січня 2022 року у зв’язку з коливанням ціни на ринку електричної енергії Сторони домовились:
1.1 викласти абзац перший п.1.3 в наступній редакції
«Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період до 31.12.2022 становить 31057,36885кВт*год та відповідає очікуваному обсягу закупівлі послуг з розподілу (передачі) електричної енергії у оператора системи»;
1.2 викласти абзац перший п4.1 в наступній редакції
«Споживач розраховується з Постачальником за електричну енергію за ціною, що на дату укладання цього Договору становить 3,8856318 грн за 1кВт, крім того ПДВ 0,777126 грн., всього з ПДВ 4,6627582 грн. за 1кВт.»
