Згідно Договору № 2 від 06.01.2021 року, розділу 11 п. 11.2. істотні умови Договору можуть змінюватися після його підписання до виконання зобов'язань сторонами в повному обсязі у випадках, передбачених ч.5 ст. 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" (зі змінами), а саме збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі на закупівлю, - не частіше ніж один раз на 90 днів з моменту підписання договору про закупівлю. В довідці Головного управління статистики у Херсонській області за період лютий-вересень спостерігається ріст цін на продукти, які постачає МПП Ритм за Договором № 2 від 06.01.2021 року.
