З 01.01.2021 вартість послуг з розподілу природного газу складатиме 1,404 грн. за 1 м3 з ПДВ відповідно до постанови НКРЕКП №2768 від 30.12.2020 . Оскільки вартість послуг за умовами укладеного договору 1,318 грн. за 1 м3 з ПДВ , то нова ціна 1.404 грн. за 1 м.куб. передбачає здійснювати оплату послуг у 2021 році за збільшеною ціною до моменту повного використання суми договору ( орієнтовно до листопада 2021 року) . Після повного використання коштів , визначених у Договорі від 31.12.2020 для подальшої оплати послуг розподілу необхідно укласти новий договір на період до кінця 2021 року

Внесення змін до укладеного договору передбачає здійснення оплату послуг розподілу у формі післяплати, тобто після закінчення розрахункового місяця або після 25 числа розрахункового періоду , оскільки відповідно до Постанови Кабміну від 02.12.2020 №1198 заборонено на період дії карантину здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти, а Державній казначейській службі здійснення відповідних платежів, крім випадків, коли предметом закупівлі є товари, роботи і послуги, необхідні для здійснення заходів, спрямованих на запобігання виникненню та поширенню, локалізацію та ліквідацію спалахів, епідемій та пандемій гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2, перелік яких затверджено постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 20 березня 2020 р. №225
