Сторони погодили, що документообіг між Сторонами здійснюється або у вигляді електронного документа з накладенням кваліфікованого електронного підпису та кваліфікованої електронної печатки (за наявності) або у паперовому вигляді на паперовому носії. Сторони домовилися про те, що при виконанні умов Договору будуть здійснювати документообіг в формі електронних документів, для підтвердження описаних в них господарських операцій з використанням систем електронного документообігу, які працюють з різними типами документів: звітами, податковими накладними, рахунками, актами, договорами в електронному вигляді.
