У зв'язку зі зміною з 23.09.2022 постачальника електричної енергії та відповідно до вимог Положення про особливості постачання електричної енергії споживачам та розрахунків між учасниками роздрібного ринку електричної енергії у період дії в Україні воєнного стану, затвердженого наказом Міністерства енергетики України від 13.04.2022 № 148, сторони уклали Додаткову угоду до Договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу від 15.04.2022 № 307 (далі - Договір) та домовились про зменшити обсяг закупівлі та суму Договору, внести зміни до абзацу 1 пункту 2.2 та Додатку 3 до Договору, абзацу 1 пункту 5.1. Договору, виклавши їх у наступній редакції. Більш детально у додатковій угоді.
