відповідно до додаткової угоди "1 від 26.06.2020 року Сторони домовились про наступне Викласти п.п. 6.7 Договору у наступній редакції: «6.7. Термін використання попередньої оплати на виконання робіт з виробництва (створення) Фільму не може перевищувати дванадцяти місяців від дати платежу згідно з чинним законодавством.» 2. Викласти п.п. 6.8 Договору у наступній редакції: «6.8. Продюсер-Виконавець протягом дванадцяти місяців з дня надходження попередньої оплати на розрахунковий рахунок підтверджує її використання згідно з проміжним актом про частково виконанні роботи з виробництва Фільму разом із звітом про використання коштів та звітом фактичних витрат.» 4. Всі інші положення Договору залишаються без змін

Відповдно до додаткової угоди №3 від 24 грудня 2020 року сторони домовились про наступне: . Пункт 6.1. Договору викласти у такій редакції: «6.1.Держкіно надає державну підтримку виробництво (створення) Фільму в розмірі, передбаченому п.4.1. цього Договору, за рахунок видатків загального фонду Державного бюджету України за КПКВК 3806030 в тому числі: у 2019 р. у сумі 1 777 500,00 грн. (один мільйон сімсот сімдесят сім тисяч п’ятсот гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ.; у 2021 р. у сумі 197 750,00 (сто дев’яносто сім тисяч сімсот п’ятдесят гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ.» 2. Пункт 13.1. Договору викласти у наступній редакції: «13.1. Договір набуває чинності з моменту його укладання і діє до 31 грудня 2021 року, але у будь-якому випадку до повного виконання сторонами своїх зобов’язань»
