ТЕНДЕРНИЙ КОМІТЕТ ВИРІШИВ: Внести відповідні зміни в існуючий договір з ДП Пропан №7/18 ПОСТ РВКЮВ від 11.04.2018р., шляхом укладання додаткової угоди, збільшення ціни на товар в межах 10%, згідно пп.2 п.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме: «Істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватися після його підписання до виконання зобов’язань сторонами в повному обсязі, крім випадків зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми визначеної в договорі».
