.Враховуючи пункти 4.4, 4.6, 4.9, 17.2 Договору № 375 від 28.11.2019р. Сторони дійшли згоди, продовжити строк виконання робіт.
Відповідно пункт 4.1. пункт 12.4. пункт 17.1. Договору викладаються в новій редакції, а саме:
«4.1.Підрядник розпочинає виконання робіт після підписання сторонами договору підряду і повиннен завершити їх в строк до 31.12.2021року (з правом дострокового виконання)».
«12.4. Кінцеві розрахунки між сторонами здійснюються до 31.12.2021р.»
«17.1. Цей договір вступає в силу з дня його підписання уповноваженими представниками сторін і діє до 31.12.2021р.»
