Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 651 Цивільного Кодексу України , пунктів 11.1. та 11.3 Договору №33/1 від 15.02.2021 р. Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяги закупівлі та зменшити ціну цього Договору на суму 45288,00 грн. та внести зміни в пункт 3.1. Договору виклавши в наступній редакції:
п.3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить: 884227,50 (вісімсот вісімдесят чотири тисячі двісті двадцять сім грн. 50 коп. ), в т.ч. ПДВ – 147371,25 (сто сорок сім тисяч триста сімдесят одна грн.. 25 коп.)

Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 651 Цивільного Кодексу України ,ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 11.3. Договору №33/1 від 15.02.2021 р. Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну цього Договору на суму, що не перевищує 20 % від суми визначеної в Договорі, а саме – 30600,00 грн. ( Тридцять тисяч шістсот грн.. 00 коп. ), в т.ч. ПДВ -5100,00 грн.

Відповідно до ч. 1ст. 651 ЦК України , пунктів 11.1.та 11.3 Договору №33/1 від 15.02.2021 р.Сторони дійшли згоди в зв’язку із припиненням дії договору зменшити суму договору на 184455,51 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ., у тому числі на 11413,80 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ за січень-лютий 2022р. та внести зміни в пункт 3.1. Договору, виклавши в наступній редакції:
п.3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 730371,99 грн. ( Сімсот тридцять тисяч триста сімдесят одна грн. 99 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ – 121728,67 грн .
