Відповідно до п.2 ч.5 статті41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за 1 кВт /год на 9,99%. Ціна (тариф) електричної енергії за 1 кВт/год становить 3,522241 грн .,з ПДВ. Сума Договору становить 63180,00 грн. Обсяги становлять 18661,99 кВт /год.
Додаткова угода набуває чинності з 06 вересня 2022 року. Дія даної Угоди розповсюджується на відносини між Сторонами, які виникли до укладення Угоди , з 01 серпня 2022 року.
