Керуючись положеннями пункту 2 частини п'ятої статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", пунктом 11.4.2 Договору про закупівлю за державні кошти від 15.02.2022 року № 28, враховуючи коливання ціни товару на ринку у сторону збільшення, що підтверджується даними інформаційної довідки Хмельницької ТПП від 11.10.2022 № 22-05/759 Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару в межах 10 % та внести відповідні зміни до Договору про закупівлю за державні кошти від 15.02.2022 року № 28.
