керуючись статтями 651, 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, статтею 188 Господарського кодексу України, дійшли згоди змінити умови договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу від «18» січня 2021 року №1-01/2021 (далі Договір), укладеного за результатами проведення процедури закупівлі (тендеру), на підставі пункту 2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», відповідно до яких істотні умови Договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватися після його підписання до виконання зобов’язань сторонами в повному обсязі, крім випадків, зокрема, збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку.
