У зв'язку із зростання середньозваженої ціни електроенергії в січні 2020 року відносно грудня 2019 року, що підтверджується Експертним висновком Черкаської Торговопромислової палати №О-23/02 від 10.01.2020 р., підвищення ціни не більше ніж на 10%, що відповідає умовам п.2 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі".

Note:
Постановою НКРЕКП від 10.12.2019 №2668 "Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ПРАТ "НЕТ УКРЕНЕРГО" з січня 2020 року встановлено тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії на рівні 155,40 грн/МВт*год (без урахування ПДВ). Пунктами 1.2.6, 3.3.1 та 4.31 Правил роздрібного ринку електроенергії, затверджених постановою НКРЕКП №312 від 14.03.2018 р., передбачено внесення споживачами плати за послуги з передачі електричної енергії ПРАТ "НЕК "УКРЕНЕРГО" через постачальника, а також включення сум оплати послуг систем оператора в платіжні документи. Враховуючи вищезазначене, всім споживачам електричної енергії, які знаходяться в договірних відносинах з ТОВ "ЕНЕРГОГАЗРЕЗЕРВ" до вартості спожитої електроенергії додається вартість (тариф) послуг з передачі електроенергії.

Відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 04.11.2020 року № 1998, різниця тарифів на передачу електричної енергії складе за 1 кВт*год – 0,087036 грн. (Нуль грн. 08,7036 коп.) в т. ч. ПДВ 20%. Всього до сплати за 1 кВт*год електроенергії з урахуванням тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії – 2,64 грн. (Дві грн. 64 коп.) в т. ч. ПДВ 20%.
