Відповідно до п.5 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", а саме – узгодженої зміни ціни в бік зменшення (без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості товарів, робіт і послуг) та у відповідності до Постанови НКРКП від 05.10.2018 № 1177 «Про затвердження Порядку формування цін на універсальні послуги» у редакції Постанови НКРЕКП від 03.03.2020 № 547 «Про затвердження Змін до Порядку формування цін на універсальні послуги» вартість 1 кВт*год з 01.04.2020 становить – 2,263020 грн. з ПДВ. Обсяг (кількість) постачання електричної енергії – 192000 кВт. Загальна сума договору – 448613,51 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ 74768,92 грн.; за рахунок бюджету 404471,01 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ 67411,84 грн. , за рахунок відшкодування орендарів 44142,50 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ 7357,08 грн.
