Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 року Сторони дійшли до взаємної згоди продовжити термін дії Договору на строк , достатній для проведення процедури на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми цього договору, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в в установленому порядку. В зв'язку з цим викласти п. 11.1 Договору у наступній редакції:
"11.1 Цей Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та скріплення їх підписів печатками (за наявності) Сторін і діє в частині постачання газу з 01 січня 2018 року до 31 березня
2019 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків – до їх повного здійснення.
Сума додаткової угоди складає 100000 ( сто тисяч ) грн. 00 коп.
