Згідно з Постановою національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг (НКРЕКП) від 02.12.2016р. № 2126 "Про внесення змін до деяких постанов НКРЕКП" ( а саме до постанови № 1372 від 30.04.15 року "Про встановлення тарифів на теплову енергію. її виробництво, транспортування, постачання для потреб бюджетних установ, релігійних організацій та інших споживачів (крім населення) КП "Теплоенерго") затвердженно тариф на теплову енергію, що виробляється, траспортуеться та постачаеться КП "Теплоенерго". Тариф на теплову енергію для розрахунків за цим договором складає за 1 Гкал - 1431,26 грн.без ПДВ, 1717,51 грн.з ПДВ.
