Керуючись ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII (зі змінами) сторони домовилися продовжити строк дії Договору до «31» січня 2022 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році.

Керуючись Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі” від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII (зі змінами) сторони домовилися продовжити строк дії Договору до «28» лютого 2022 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році. Загальна вартість додаткової угоди становить 21 280,00 грн., (Двадцять одна тисяча двісті вісімдесят гривень 00 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ – 3 546,67 грн.
