Відповідно до пункту 1 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», керуючись рішенням сесії Лисичанської міської ради від 30.11.2017р. №39/525, з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Споживача, Сторони прийшли до згоди зменшити обсяги закупівлі
З урахування фактичних видатків Споживача та у зв’язку із зменшенням реального фінансування видатків відповідно до пункту 10.2. Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди викласти пункт 3.5. у наступній редакції:
«Загальна сума Договору становить 576361,09 грн. (п’ятсот сімдесят шість тисяч триста шістдесят одна грн. 09коп.) у тому числі ПДВ – 96060,18грн.»

«Ціна договору на період з 01.01.2018р. по 31.01.2018р. в межах 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі №1141023XPSAB037 від 26.04.2017р. у 2017році 576361,09грн., становить: 115272,22грн.(сто п'ятнадцять тисяч двісті сімдесят дві грн. 22коп.) з ПДВ».
3.Сторони домовились доповнити пункт 3 Договору підпунктом 3.1. наступного змісту:
«Орієнтовний обсяг постачання газу на період з 01.01.2018р. по 31.01.2018р. становить 9949,41м3».
