У зв’язку зі зменшенням обсягів закупівлі Сторони домовилися зменшити суму договору на 17063,11 грн (сімнадцять тисяч шістдесят три гривні11 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 2843,85грн., та викласти пункт 3.1 Договору на послуги з централізованого водопостачання (ЗДО)№352 В від 07.02.2022 року наступній редакції: «3.1. Ціна цього Договору (сума визначена у Договорі на дату його укладання) становить 5936,89 грн (п'ять тисяч дев'ятсот тридцять шість гривень 89 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 989,48 грн (дев'ятсот вісімдесят дев'ять гривень 48 копійок).»
