Продовженням строку дії договору, достатнього для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
Вартість електричної ерергії, що постачається на умовах Договору на постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг № 29 від 29.01.2019 р. змінилася в бік збільшення, не більше, ніж на 10%, зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі. У зв'язку з цим, керуючись п. 2 ч. 4 ст. 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", вносяться зміни до Договору.
