Керуючись пунктом 2 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та умовами Договору, Сторони домовились про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару (один літр нафтового газу скрапленого) до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю та внести наступні зміни до Договору.
