На підставі частини 6 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони Договору дійшли взаємної згоди збільшити суму договору на 1 599 995,33 грн. (один мільйон п’ятсот дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот дев’яносто п’ять гривень 33 копійки), в тому числі ПДВ — 266665,89 грн. (двісті шістдесят шість тисяч шістсот шістдесят п’ять гривень 89 копійок), що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році.
