Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни в п.1.3 , 4.2 Договору виклавши його в наступній редакції:
1.3 Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії становить 225332,91564305 кВт-год. Та відповідає очікуваному обсягу послуг з розподілу( передачі) електричної енергії у оператора системи.
4.2 Ціна за 1 кВт-год ( 1 Мвт-год) електричної енергії за цим Договором становить 3,63906 грн. з ПДВ ( 3639,06 грн. з ПДВ).
Ця додаткова угода набуває чинності, відповідно до частини 3 статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України, і застосовується до відносін, які виникли з моменту підписання договору до 31.12.2021 року включно.
