Сторони вирішили згідно пп.2 п.4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" 922-VIII від 25.12.2015р., та п. 10.2 Договору внести зміни до п. 2.2. Договору №144/903 про закупівлю за державні кошти від 19.09.2018 року (далі Договір) та викласти його у наступній редакції: 2.2 Сума договору становить 148 714 грн. 30 коп. ( Сто сорок вісім тисяч сімсот чотирнадцять гривень 30 коп.), в т. ч. ПДВ 20%- 24785грн. 72 коп. 2. Внести зміни до Спеціфікації до Договору.
