Сторони, керуючись пунктом 4 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону уклали цю Додаткову угоду №2 про наступне:
1.1 Керуючись пунктами 4.1.1, 10.3, 15.7 Договору, з урахуванням листа ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА про продовження співпраці, гарантії виконання зобов’язань та у зв’язку із продовженням співпраці Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору:
1.1.1 У п. 4.1 Договору цифри та слова «01 грудня 2021 року» замінити цифрами та словами «17 лютого 2022 року»;
1.1.2 У п.10.1 Договору цифри та слова «31 грудня 2021 року» замінити цифрами та словами «17 березня 2022 року».
1.2 Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними.

1.2 Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними.
