У зв’язку з підвищенням закупівельних цін на ринку електричної енергії, керуючись п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VІІІ в редакції Закону № 14-ІХ від 19.09.2019, яка набрала чинності від 19.04.2020 р. (із змінами) (далі – Закон) та згідно пп.2 п.13.2. Договору сторони домовилися збільшити ціну на електричну енергію та внести зміни до Договору, а саме: Змінити ціну за одиницю товару , та зменшити обсяг закупівлі
