У зв’язку з військовою агресією Російської Федерації проти України,
що стало підставою введення воєнного стану, відповідно до Указу Президента України «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» від 24.02.2022 № 64/2022 та Закону України "Про затвердження Указу Президента України «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні»" зі змінами від 24.02.2022 № 2102-IX, на підставі листа Торгово-промислової палати України від 28.02.2022 №2024/02.0-7.1 про настання обставин непереборної сили (події форм-мажору), керуючись п. 4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", п. 18.4 Договору, Сторони вирішили призупинити виконання зобов'язань по Договору на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану (обставин непереборної сили (події форм-мажору)).
