2. Викласти абзац 1 п.7.1. Договору в наступній редакції: «Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами і діє до 28.12.2018 року, при наявності бюджетних коштів, але у будь якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами зобов’язань взятих на себе за цим Договором».
