Сторони, керуючись вимогами Цивільного кодексу України, Господарського кодексу України, пунктом 5 ст 36 закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пунктом 12.2 Договору про постачання (закупівлю) електричної енергії від 12.02.2019 №143П-Т119 (далі – Договір), дійшли взаємної згоди щодо внесення змін до Договору в частині: 1.Продовження дії Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми (вартості) Договору. 2. Внесення змін до Договору в частині реквізитів Споживача. 3. Bci iншi умови Договору, не змінені цією Додатковою угодою, залишаються чинними у попередній редакції i Сторони підтверджують її обов’язковість щодо себе.
