У зв’язку з внесенням змін до постанов Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014 р. № 117 та від 27.12.2001 р. № 1764 виникла необхідність внести зміни до вказаного договору, а саме: викласти в новій редакції пункт 11.1. розділу 11 «Фінансування робіт (будівництва Об'єкта)», пункт 12.6. розділу 12 «Проведення розрахунків за виконані роботи», пункт 15.1.12. розділу 15 «Права та обов’язки робіт», додати до договору договірну ціну на 2019 рік, календарний графік виконання робіт на 2019 рік, план фінансування робіт на 2019 рік.
