1.Відповідно до п. 8 ч. 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п. 5.4.8 Договору, сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році і викласти п.14.1. Договору в такій редакції: 14.1. «Договір набуває чинності з дати підписання Сторонами та скріплення їх підписів печатками, та діє до 31.01.2022 р. включно, а в частині розрахунків діє до повного виконання Сторонами взятих на себе зобов’язань за цим Договором.
