керуючись п.1, 2 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», ст. 651 Цивільного кодексу України, рішенням тендерного комітету управління освіти, пп. 1, 2 п.3.2 Договору, у зв’язку з коливанням ціни за одиницю товару на ринку Сторони домовились з 01.08.2017 по 31.12.2017 змінити ціну за одиницю товару в бік збільшення не більше ніж на 10 відсотків, що не призводить до збільшення суми договору з урахуванням зменшення обсягу закупівлі на 985,095 кг., з них: сир кисломолочний – 882,193 кг., сир твердий – 102,902 кг.
