Note:
1. Внести изменение в третий абзац пункта 1.1. раздела 1. «Предмет Договора» и изложить его в следующей редакции:
«Сторона 2» возвращает изделия в срок до 30.06.2018г., если иное не предусмотрено соглашением сторон, с учетом нормального износа ».
2. Настоящее Дополнительное соглашение № 1 к договору № 1402/17 от 14.02.2017г. составлено в двух экземплярах, имеющих одинаковую юридическую силу, по одному для каждой из «Сторон».
3. Настоящее Дополнительное соглашение № 1 вступает в силу с момента подписания его «Сторонами» и является неотъемлемой частью Договора № 1402/17 от 14.02.2017г.
4. Во всем остальном, что не предусмотрено настоящим Дополнительным соглашением № 1, «Стороны» руководствуются Договором № 1402/17 от 14.02.2017г.
