Зменшення обсяг закупівлі з урахуванням фактичного обс'ягів видатків, відповідно ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" п.4, п.п.1.

Note:
Постачальник з технічних причин не може виконувати умови цього договору в зв’язку з передачею в оренду котельні. Відповідно розділу X пункту 10.3 договір може бути розірвано достроково у разі не виконання умов договору сторонами. Сторони домовились за взаємною згодою розірвати договір та зменшити обсягів закупівлі на 251,071 Гкал та ціну даного договору на 486853,05 грн.в т.ч.ПДВ.
