У зв'язку із отриманим листом від ТОВ «Роменський завод продовольчих товарів» про підвищення закупівельних цін на основні статті витрат по виготовленню хлібобулочних виробів. За даними Головного управління статистики у Сумській області № 03.4 – 32/1203-17 від 14.07.2017 р., щодо рівня середніх споживчих цін на окремі продукти харчування, що склались у торгівельній мережі по Сумській області, станом на червень 2017 р. ціна на :
- хліб житньо-пшеничний - 12,18 грн./кг;
- батон (500 г.) – 9,62 грн./кг.
Виходячи з вищевикладеного, для нормальної роботи підприємства, ТОВ «Роменський завод продовольчих товарів» просить про підвищення цін на хлібобулочні вироби.
Встановити ціни на хлібобулочні вироби:
- хліб житньо-пшеничний - 6,72 грн./кг;
- батон– 9,17 грн./кг.
Внести зміни до договору відповідно до п. 2 частини четвертої статті 36 Закону України " Про публічні закупівлі" - зміни ціни за одиницю товару.

Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України " Про публічні закупівлі" – дія договору може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми визначеної у договорі, внести зміни до договору: № 59 про закупівлю товарів про державні кошти від 24.03.2017 року на суму 30251,84 грн. з ПДВ, до 31.03.2018 року.
