Note:
1. Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 9.7. Договору сторони прийшли згоди збільшити суму Договору, в зв’язку з чим:
1.1. Пункт 2.1. Договору змінити та викласти в наступній редакції:
«2.1. За цим Договором Постачальник зобов’язується постачати Споживчу природний газ (ДК 021:2015 код 09120000-6) (далі також – газ) в необхідних для Споживача (об’ємах) обсягах – 31 539,5 куб. м. в тому числі 5 256 куб. м., що буде використано в строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року а також надати послуги із замовлення (бронювання) розподілу потужності (послуги транспортування газу для внутрішньої точки виходу) щодо кожного періоду та обсягу постачання газу, в порядку, передбаченому цим Договором"
1.2. Пункт 4.1. Договору змінити та викласти в наступній редакції:
«4.1. Загальна вартість Договору 280 070,75 грн. (Двісті вісімдесят тисяч сімдесят гривень 75 копійок) в тому числі вартість, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному у попередньому році при цьому сума поставки в 2020 році складатиме до 46673,28 грн. (Сорок шість тисяч шістсот сімдесят три гривні 28 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ – 7778,88 грн. ( Сім тисяч сімсот сімдесят вісім гривень 88 копійок).
