Відповідно до ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони погодили продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року, а саме – по 24.00 год. «14» березня 2021 року (в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році).
2.Змінити ціну в договорі про закупівлю в бік (без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості товарів, робіт і послуг).
