Керуючись пп 2 та пп.7 п.5 ст.41 Закону України "Прооо публічні закупівлі" з урахуванням Постанови КМУ від 12 жовтня 2022 р. №1178 "Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом Україги "Про публічні закупівлі" на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування (зі змінами) у зв'язку з наявністю підстав ( зростання закупівельної ціни електричної енергії на ринку електричної енергії НЕК "УКРЕНЕРГО" відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 21.12.2022 року №1788 ), Сторони дійшли згоди викласти п.2.3. та п.5.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
"2.3. Очікуваний обсяг електричної енергії становить 49801 кВт/год, в т.ч. за періодами споживання електричної енергії:
01.01.2023 - 31.03.2023 - 7 795 кВт/год
01.04. 2023 - 30.06.2023 - 10 351 кВт/год
01.07.2023 - 31.12.2023 - 31 655 кВт/год
5.1. Вартість цього Длговору становить 274 381,16 грн. ( Двісті сімдесят чотири тисячі триста вісімдесят одна грн. 16 еоп) в тому числі ПДВ 45 730,19 грн"
