Сторони досягли згоди щодо внесення змін:
1. Пункт 13 Договору та пункт 9 Додатку 10 до Договору "Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити Сторін" викласти в новій редакції.
2. Керуючись постановою НКРЕКП від 18.07.2019 № 1525, у тексті Договору та додатках до нього існуючі слова замінити на: "Договір про надання послуг із забезпечення перетікань реактивної електричної енергії".
3. У додатку 10 та додатку 1 до Договору слова "Власник мереж" замінити на: "Оператор системи".
