Керуючись частиною шостою статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», у зв’язку із продовженням дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року, Сторони домовились збільшити ціну Договору на 18 405,60 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі.
Загальна вартість цього Договору становить 110 433,60 грн. (сто десять тисяч чотириста тридцять три грн. 60 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 18 405,60 грн. (вісімнадцять тисяч чотириста п’ять грн. 60 коп.).
Кількість електричної енергії за цим Договором: на 2020 р. - 30 789 кВт*год., на 2021 р. – 5 079 кВт*год.
