Сторони домовилися викласти пункти 2.2, 1.2 Договору № 3-20/ГК від 02.01.2020 в наступній редакції:
2.2. Ціна природного газу за цим Договором визначається за 1000 куб.м. та з урахуванням вартості послуг замовлення (бронювання) потужності (тариф на послуги транспортування природного газу для внутрішньої точки виходу з газотранспортної системи) становить 4356,00 грн (чотири тисячі триста п’ятдесят шість гривень нуль копійок).
Крім того, ПДВ 20% – 871,20 грн (вісімсот сімдесят одна гривень двадцять копійок).
Ціна природного газу до сплати за 1000 куб. м. – 5227,20 грн.
1.2. Постачальник передає Споживачу газ в обсягах 221070 м.куб (двісті двадцять одна тисяча сімдесят) куб. метрів
