Рішення Виконавчого кабінету Миколаївської міської ради від 13 жовтня 2021р. № 983 ОКП "Миколаївоблтеплоенерго" встановлено двоставкові тарифи на теплову енергію з початку опалюваного періоду 2021/2022 рр. У зв`язку з цим в частину 4. Порядок здійснення оплати Договору вносяться наступні зміни.
п.4.1. Договору викласти в новій редакції :
Нарахування за теплову енергію на потреби ценралізованого опалення здійснюються за двоставковими тараифами....

На підставі п. 5 ч. 7 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та рішення Виконавчого комітету Миколаївської міської ради від 13 жовтня 2021 року №983 внести наступні зміни та доповнення до п.1.2. Договору № 634.00 від 08.02.2021 р. про закупівлю теплової енергії за державні кошти.
Транспортування та постачання теплової енергії в обсязі 175,3477 Гкал та 0,29302 грн/Гкал/год.

Ціна цього Договору становить 399238,89 грн. (Триста дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч двісті тридцять вісім грн. 89 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ, у тому числі:
- теплова енергія за ціною 1842,04 грн. з ПДВ – 118,503 Гкал. на суму 218286,79 грн.;
- теплова енергія з початку опалювального періоду 2021/2022 р. за ціною умовно-змінної частини двоставкового тарифу 2973,98 грн. з ПДВ – 48,63 Гкал на суму 144624,84 грн. з ПДВ;
- теплова енергія з початку опалювального періоду 2021/2022 р. за ціною умовно-постійної частини двоставкового тарифу 123975,38 грн. з ПДВ * 0,14651 грн/Гкал/год (теплового навантаження) * 2 місяці на суму 36327,26 грн. з ПДВ.
