Зважаючи на коливання ціни Товару на ринку, що підтверджується довідкою Державного підприємства «Державний інформаційно-аналітичний центр моніторингу зовнішніх товарних ринків» від 16.08.2021р. № 121/143, та на виконання пункту 3.2., 3.3.,11.1.2. Договору та пункту 2 частини п'ятої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 922VІІІ від 25 грудня 2015 року, Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю Товару не більш ніж 10 відсотків від ціни визначеної в Договорі, не збільшуючи при цьому суми Договору та не погіршуючи якості Товару.
