Сторони домовились змінити преамбулу Договору та викласти її в наступній редакції: Опорний заклад освіти «Миргородський ліцей « Лінгвіст» Миргородської міської ради Полтавської області в особі директора Горобця Сергія Миколайовича, діючого на підставі Статуту, в подальшому «Покупець» з однієї сторони та ФОП Пулєха А.І. , далі , далі - „ Продавець” в особі Пулєхи Артема Івановича, що діє на підставі Виписки , в подальшому «Продавець»,з іншої сторони.
