Сторони домовилися зменшити суму Договору №1 від 21.01.2022р. на 25433.88 грн. у зв'язку, що з 14.09.2022 року орендар ТОВ УКРТЕПЛО СУМИ відмовилися від подальшої оренди приміщення від котельні, розташованої м.Тростянець вул. Відродження, 5а та припинив надавати послуги з постачання та виробництва теплової енергії споживачем вз'язку з чим КП ТЖЕУ немає можливості продовжувати надавати послуги з транспортування теплової енергії , та розірвати договір №1 про надання послуг з транспортування теплової енергії
