Оскільки переможець є платником ПДВ, до договору необхідно включити ПДВ, збільшивши суму зазначену в звіті про закупівлю на ставку ПДВ (20%).

1. Продовжити дію Договору № 13/17 від 14.03.2017р. про постачання «стовпи повітряних ліній електропередачі» за ДК 021:2015 – 44212224-5 (стійка залізобетонна) до 31 березня 2018 року включно.
2. Загальна вартість матеріалів, що будуть закуплені в період з 01 січня по 31 березня 2018 року, визначається окремою додатковою угодою між Сторонами та не може перевищувати 20% ціни Договору №13/17 від 14.03.2017р., тобто 66 462,00грн. (шістдесят шість тисяч чотириста шістдесят дві грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ.
